Giving a growing dance school more room to focus on its students
Do4Kidz Danceworks was founded by dance teacher Chloe Simmons with a simple goal: creating a fun and encouraging environment where children could build confidence, express themselves and enjoy dance.
Since launching in 2005, the school has grown across West Kent and East Sussex, supporting children through after-school freestyle dance classes designed to feel welcoming, energetic and inclusive.
As the school continued to expand, Chloe wanted to make sure that growth still felt manageable, while keeping the student experience at the centre of everything she did.
Creating more balance behind the scenes
Like many growing dance schools, Do4Kidz Danceworks had evolved gradually over time.
As more classes, families and schools were added, keeping communication, registers and day-to-day responsibilities aligned was becoming increasingly difficult to balance alongside teaching.
The focus became creating a more joined-up experience that would support continued growth without taking time and energy away from the children and classes themselves.

Helping families feel more connected and informed
As communication and coordination became more consistent across the school, the experience became clearer and more supportive for families as well.
Parents could access the information they needed more easily, while Chloe gained greater visibility across the wider dance school community. That consistency helped reduce pressure day to day and created more confidence across the overall experience for both families and staff.
Most importantly, it created more space to focus on the children themselves rather than constantly trying to keep everything organised behind the scenes.
My workload has reduced massively, freeing up my time to either do more classes or things I would never have had time for before.

Creating more freedom to focus on teaching and growth
For Chloe, one of the biggest differences has been having more capacity to focus on the parts of the business she cares most about.
Rather than large amounts of time being absorbed by repetitive coordination and follow-up, she has been able to spend more time teaching, developing new opportunities and continuing to grow the school in a way that still feels sustainable.

That additional flexibility has helped Do4Kidz Danceworks continue growing while maintaining the supportive and confidence-building environment families value.
Feeling supported as the school continues to evolve
As the business developed, having approachable and reliable support became an important part of helping things feel manageable as new challenges and opportunities emerged.
“I love the fact that I can pick up the phone and instantly talk to a human being. The team are always patient and helpful.” - Chloe Simmons, Founder of Do4Kidz Danceworks
For Do4Kidz Danceworks, the biggest impact has been creating an environment where growth feels more sustainable, families feel better supported and more time can be spent helping children build confidence through dance.
