Great system - would recommend company Overall: An efficient system that makes our admin so much easier and quicker and such a simple way for us to collect subs Pros: Easy to navigate. The online guides are really handy and easy to use. Help when on the telephone, when needed. Cons: Email wasn’t totally user friendly, changing the font and layout did not always work as expected - but this was on V1 - the emailed l changes on V2 are great

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Capterra. A valuable registration and payments tool for clubs. Overall: Before - we used spreadsheets and cash! The system is much easy for taking payments overall, it also keeps an ongoing register of attendance. I think the system could do more for us but that requires greater understanding of the system and time! Pros: I always find my queries are answered promptly - usually by the next day. The advise is always helpful, positive and often with accompanying videos to show me what part of the system to go to and in what order. Cons: I think the link up with PayPal can be clunky and does not always go through easily for our customers. This could be down to PayPal. I do find that a small percentage of our customers find it difficult to sign up for our sessions because areas are 'greyed out' - particularly when needing to add other members of the family to a session request.

The phone helpline staff are always really helpfull Pros: It gives complete control of club management functions. We love the instant booking facility for customers and the timetable feature that populates all of the class registers Cons: Not a lot. As a drama school in Australia, I had been struggling to find a software program that had exactly what I needed (everything seems to be aimed at Dance or Music)- when I found LoveAdmin it was fantastic! From the initial enquiry all the way through set up, everyone was amazing. Juggling timezones was interesting, but at least that meant that I almost always had my questions answered "immediately"- while I slept. Thankyou Daria!

Swim school made easy Overall: I had to learnt this system very quickly and thankfully its simplistic interface has made it easy to do. The support from our Account Manager has been great - nothing is too much trouble and always reports back on issues raised promptly and clearly. Pros: I find the setup of my classes really easy and the timetables are easy to view, with filters making it quick and easy to look at available classes. Cons: Unfortunately some of the financial reports do not always accurately represent the true situation, and it can be hard to reconcile the expected revenue with what actually has been received.

I have seen there software and services grow and develop and so has my company. I am pleased we made the change and I would never look back. We joined to make our lives easier and to be able to get back time to grow and improve our offer, we got this and so much more. We are now part of the LoveAdmin community, and enjoy all the services the platform has to offer. Pros: It is fantastic to have all your contacts, invoices and registers in one place. It is simple to onboard new customers, and the automation of payments, reminders etc. mean that a missed payment is now a thing of the past. And most importantly it is much easier for our members. The business development support is extremely valuable with 1-1 sessions helping us to set goals and achieve them. A lovely bonus is the Step2Success podcast which our team listen to and it is great to hear the challenges and celebrations of other activity providers. Cons: Transferring over from manual to digital was of course a challenge. It was new to the staff and the parents. It took time and there were teething problems, however the support team were fantastic. Since joining there have been a few problems with the software, however the support team are brilliant and very patient. I have been with LoveAdmin over a year and any issues the developers quickly solve and the software just keeps getting better!

Pros: Being able to export to excel, timetable and registers clear. Cons: Having parent account and athlete accounts. Would be good to be able to send out a form to customers by email to complete. At the moment you have to add it to your shop which is quite long winded. Need to be able to add larger files to emails. I find running reports for outstanding payments quite confusing - feel it needs to be clearer which invoices outstanding (this could be me but do think there could be easier ways to view it).

I feel like they understand my business really well, and [sensitive content hidden] (my account manager) is always ready to give advice about how to increase revenue streams, which is much more than I'd expect from admin software! Pros: There are so many features - easy invoicing, timetabling, assigning coaches, communication with students. Customer service is fantastic - there's always someone ready to help resolve any issues or answer any questions Business management support is amazing at helping grow your business Cons: Not really a con, but because there are so many features it can sometimes be difficult to work out how to implement a new process, but as mentioned earlier there's always someone to help guide you.

As is the case with starting to use any software from scratch, setup took a long time, and has required lots of tweaking and ironing out problems along the way. That said, the staff at LoveAdmin have been exceptionally helpful and hard-working, and have done a great job at helping us tailor their system to our business. There's absolutely no way our business could have grown without a CRM like LoveAdmin, and whilst we haven't always had exactly the features we've wanted, requests are passed on to developers very quickly and we've seen positive changes implemented in the time that we've been using the platform. We've benefited from business support from James at LoveAdmin, which is included as part of our package, and has been very helpful in moving our business forward. I'd recommend LoveAdmin to other small business looking to streamline their admin processes. Whilst the platform has really worked for us long term and will ensure we can continue to grow, it's worth mentioning that we're in continued conversation about how to get the most out of the platform and are always looking for ways to make our business run smoother.
