A swim school built on confidence, not pressure

CG Swim School is a family-run business focused on helping swimmers of all ages feel confident in the water.

With small class sizes and a supportive teaching style, every swimmer is given the space to progress at their own pace. Alongside weekly lessons, the school offers crash courses, mermaid experiences, birthday parties and Aquacise, creating a fun and varied experience for its community.

As the school grew, so did everything behind it.

More swimmers meant more sessions, more communication, and more to keep track of day to day. The experience for families wasn’t always as smooth as it could be either. Signing up, managing details and staying informed all required extra effort, creating small but constant points of friction.

With fewer interruptions during sessions, coaches have been able to focus fully on what they’re there to do.

Poolside, things feel calmer. Information is easier to access, registers are clearer and there’s less to juggle in the moment.

That change shows up in the sessions themselves. More attention on swimmers, more consistency in delivery and a better overall experience in the water.

Turning consistency into growth

With more clarity across the business, growth has become something the team can support rather than chase.

Income is more predictable, giving greater confidence when planning and investing in new opportunities. That consistency has supported a 100% increase in monthly revenue year-on-year, alongside continued growth in participation.

With over 155 weekly classes and more than 690 members, the school is no longer stretching to keep up. It’s building on what’s already working.
