People shaping how Thrive4Activities works

Behind Thrive4Activities is a small senior team working closely with activity providers.

Each brings a different perspective, but all stay close to how clubs actually run day to day, where pressure builds and what genuinely makes a difference.

Together, they shape how Thrive4Activities is built, delivered and developed, so it reflects real challenges and supports clubs as they grow.

Dave Evans

CEO & Founder

Dave founded LoveAdmin and now leads Thrive4Activities.

Through years of working closely with activity and sports clubs, he saw that the challenge wasn’t just managing admin, but how everything behind the sessions works together.

That insight has shaped the move towards Thrive4Activities. A more complete approach focused on helping activity providers build stronger clubs, not just manage day-to-day tasks.

Dave continues to work closely with customers and the team to ensure what we do stays grounded in how clubs actually run, and supports them as they grow.

Rob Anderson

Product & Delivery Director

Rob leads the development of Thrive4Activities technology.

He works closely with activity providers to understand how their systems need to support the way they actually run, and ensures the platforms are built around those needs.

He is responsible for how the technology performs in practice, including integrations and how everything works together. So the tools don’t just function, they support the outcomes clubs are working towards.

Abi Jacks

Director of Marketing & Growth

Abi leads how Thrive4Activities connects with activity providers.

She works closely with customers to make sure their experiences, challenges and successes shape how Thrive4Activities is communicated and understood.

Her focus is on bringing those voices into how Thrive4Activities is positioned, as well as the campaigns, content and partnerships that help more clubs find and benefit from that support.

Nikki Griffiths

Director of Enablement

Nikki leads how Thrive4Activities works with and learns from the community. Making sure what we deliver is aligned to what activity providers need.

She shapes the way we work with clubs to help them strengthen how they run, making sure the support we provide is practical, consistent and grounded in real situations.

Working closely with customers and the wider team, she ensures clubs have clear direction and guidance they can actually apply day to day.

How this shapes Thrive4Activities

The way we work is simple.

We stay close to clubs, test ideas in the real world and build around what actually helps.

That means Thrive4Activities isn’t developed in isolation.

It’s shaped by the challenges clubs are dealing with every day, and designed to make running them feel clearer, more consistent and easier to manage.
