Stronger foundations to support continued progression

Chiltern Cheetahs is a cheerleading club built on energy, teamwork and progression, offering classes from age three through adulthood.

As the club grew, so did everything around it. More athletes meant more teams, more coaches and more moving parts to keep track of, from registers and contact details to payments, medical records and development tracking.

The growth itself was never a problem. It was keeping everything clear, consistent and manageable as the club expanded. What changed for them when they started working with Thrive4 was putting the right structure in place to support that growth, giving both coaches and families a clearer, more confident day-to-day experience.

Giving parents clarity and creating breathing room

As the club grew, communication naturally increased. Parents had questions about bookings, payments and class details, and those questions added up quickly.

The turning point came when parents could access what they needed themselves.

The effect was immediate. Fewer repeated questions, a calmer flow of communication, and more space for the team to focus on coaching and delivery.

Making growth feel simple for new families

Welcoming new athletes has always been central to the club, but the process needed to feel straightforward and consistent.

Now, families can move from trial to membership without confusion or back-and-forth.

“Thrive4 has helped us grow by trialists being able to go on the website and book a trial without having to contact us directly… They then get an email bounced to them after they attend the trial with steps on how to sign up.”

That clarity is making a real difference. So far this year, the club has welcomed 93 new customers, converted 127 trialists into full members and achieved 17% year-on-year growth.

Growth no longer depends on constant follow-up. It feels natural and easy to manage.

Building confidence to plan ahead

With more consistency across the club, there’s now a stronger sense of control when it comes to planning.

A 97.6% collection rate means fewer unknowns and more confidence in what’s coming in each month. That clarity makes it easier to invest in competitions, equipment and coach development.

At the same time, athlete progression remains central. Parents can clearly see what their child is working on and how they can improve, helping standards grow alongside the club.
